I have had some users complaining about crashes, and freezes which happen almost intermittently. Can you please advice what I should do as right now the application is only creating problems with my users right now.

It's quite strange that you get your protected application running normally and some of your customers get crashes. Code Virtualizer is TOTALLY platform independent, that is, if your protected application runs on one computer it will run on ANY computer and it if fails on ONE computer it will fail on ANY computer.

If you go to the Help File, you can see a few restrictions where not to put CV macros. In that case, the behavior is unpredictable. Please, review your macros and make sure that you are not using any of those restrictions in your macros.

Please, make sure that the exception is not coming from your application, as we have some users who said the problem was due to Code Virtualizer and in the end the problem also happened in the unprotected application because the end user did not have a proper installation (missing or wrong DLLs, data files...)
