Themida includes all features (except mach-O and ELF files protection) in Code Virtualizer plus many others. If you just want to protect specific routines against reverse engineering, you can just use Code Virtualizer. For further protections, you need Themida.

 

Themida will always produce a bigger and more complex output than Code Virtualizer (requiring some extra resources).
