The new Code Virtualizer takes longer to protect my application. Code Virtualizer 1.x was faster. What's the problem?

In latest Code Virtualizer versions, we have designed a new Virtual Machine model which allows us the design of multiple virtual machines architectures. The new code is more modular to accept different architectures and it requires more time to generate the protection Virtual Machine and the virtualized code.

 

Older Code Virtualizer versions were designed to generate a specific architecture so things were optimized for that single architecture. Other protection systems that also use a Virtual Machine for protection are focused on a single internal architecture (even if the generated virtual machine is mutated or with different handlers and/or if the opcodes have different IDs in each protected instance)
